Issue with Cognos 10.2
I am running Cognos 10.2 reports in Firefox 17 version. Previously It was working fine but now I am not able to open the Cognos reports. Please help.

Hi sumeetk,
I understand that you are using an older version of Firefox to use Cognos. Please check your update history to see if there was any changes to the addons/plugins that you have to make sure the two are compatible.
Please also contact Cognos support to make sure the two are still compatible and for further troubleshooting.
