after a hard disk crash the pc shop was able to safe all data - so also all emails and data that are in the profile folder - but not the profile itself. So in Explorer I can see the old emails by searching on the @myadress.com-string but cannot import them in my newly created account. Any ideas? kr, marc

You could try copying the Mail folder saved from the old profile into the new profile. If you have been using the new account in the meantime, back up its profile first.

did it as described but cannot open old emails, do not even see them in the folders.
