Want to reinstall Thunderbird, but some parts are still running somewhere. Cannot find a remedy
My PC and Thunderbird crashed. Thereafter Thunderbird could not be (re)started - message a program is still runing - I do not know where. Deinstalling and reinstalling is not possible too - same message on the screen - Please advise what I should do to get Thunderbird up and running again. From where can I add / access my former mail messages and address book ? I used imap in my previous Thunderbird version.
