A Gandi box pops up; can't access my email at all. Please help.
A Gandi box has mysteriously popped up in my other computer whenever I try to open Thunderbird. The Gandi box won't let me access my emails, even when I say go my regular email. Gandi then goes to create a new account box. Weird. I want . . . and need . . . my old email system back, i.e., Thunderbird. Please tell me how I can fix this problem. Thank you. R. King

I tried to follow the information to fix the problem but, frankly, it was very confusing - sending me to this link and that link and then another link. I even created a new profile in Firefox after transferring all my Thunderbird files to a new location but when I opened Firefox again I had lost all my bookmarks but no Thunderbird email.
I deeply appreciate your help. I need to get my emails back. Is there any way you can simply the process step by step?
