firefox won't sync, how do I fix this?

NS_ERROR_NET_RESET indicates that your network connection dropped part-way through a request. Are you on a reliable network connection?
Do you have the Firefox Password Manager enabled?
The Sync version used in Firefox 34 and later uses the password manager to store the name (e-mail) and password to be used to connect to the Sync server. The chrome://FirefoxAccounts entry in the password manager stores the authentication data (kA and kB) in JSON format.
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"

Even with the firefox password manager enabled I'm getting this sync error, I was using LastPass as password manager worked well until recently though.

On my other computers, a windows XP pc and a xubuntu netbook firefox syncs flawless so I guess my network is fine....

FOUND IT ! Firefox / Sync doesn't like jumbo packets mtu settings 9000... Older Firefox versions weren't picky about this apparently
