I upgraded to Windows 10.

I downloaded version 40 Firefox - see attachments. I checked to see is Kaspersky is the problem - it does not seem so - see attachments.

I keep getting fault message that Firefox cannot load my profile.

Please help! I really enjoyed it on Windows 8! I want to continue using it.
