Always the same beginning : chrome://messenger/content/... but not sure about the end.... and the computer blocs 10-20 sometimes 30 s before that appear...

what chat accounts do you have configured?

Does it still occur if you restart using the "Restart with add-ons disabled" from the help menu?

I do not configure any special chat account, In fact I never chat exept when using facebook

I tried to restart with add-ons desabled but without result
