I deleted nividia network access mgr. I updated nividia driver I updated flash I updated the add ons. I updated windows I downloaded firefox 43. when I restarted firefox I got the mozilla crash report. Note: before I started firefox 43 i made a new image of my C drive. after firefox crashed I reloaded the new image and am using it now with firefox 29. I know I need a newer version of firefox but how?

I did install it it crashed immediately upon opening

Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.

1. On the keyboard, press [Windows] The image "Windows key" does not exist. + [R]. This should bring up a Run window that contains a text field.
2. In that text field, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
3. From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
4. Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
5. Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
6. Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.

You are still using Firefox 29, please update to Firefox 43. After you update to 43, please go to about:crashes and copy and paste the crash ID that starts with bp-.

That's what I did. When I install 43 it crashes upon opening. The crash report says "unable to send report. That is why when I follow your instructions there isn't anything under "submitted". The reason I am using 29 is that is what I was using when I made the "image" of my C drive so when I need to use firefox, I reload that image. I don't know why the reporter is unable to send or create a report. I will re install 43 again. It won't start in "safe mode" either. If you know how to force it to create a crash report I'll try it.
