I keep getting the message... Looks like you’re using an older version of Firefox. Update your Firefox

วิธีแก้ปัญหาที่เลือก

I went and found that I did have two Firefox programs installed, so I uninstalled the oldest one. Then restarted the pc and started Firefox : 44.0.2. Now all my Firefox addons are back and I can use google voice to make phone calls once again. YEA!!! Thank you!

on the window with the version info I noticed a button with the text...

"Restart Firefox to Update"

Well I clicked on that button and got a window with this message:

"The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again."
