how do i install firefox on google chromebook?
i'm really stupid about this. i need someone to walk me through. Does chromebook support firefox?

Chromebooks run Chrome OS. Essentially the Chrome browser is the operating system.
You cannot install any third-party software, including other browsers.
My bigger problem is that I cannot open chase.com. I get a blank screen with Chase at the top. I don't know how to solve this. I also have frequent crashes.

You need to contact Chase Support and/or Google Support about that issue, we cannot provide support for Chase or ChromeOS.
