How do you move a contact from one folder to another n the contacts
I have a contact say in My Contacts (main folder) and I wish to move or copy it to a sub folder ( friends). Also, how do you move a contact from one sub folder to another?

is this one address book to another, or one mailing list to another.
To be clear, I recommend multiple address books, not multiple mailing lists.
In either case, dragging with the mouse is the usual method.
I have tried this but the contact does not move into the new address book.
If you manually add the Contact to your new address book, does it work? Close and re-open Thunderbird before replying.;-)
