When sending an e-mail, I had a line that let me color some text or enlarge the text. That line has disappeared. How do I get it back?

First you need to be composing using HTML format.

Go to Tools|Account Settings|{select account}|Composition & Addressing and make sure "Compose messages in HTML format" is ticked.

Second, you need the toolbar to be enabled.

In the Compose window, View|Toolbars and make sure "Formattng Bar" is ticked.

Formatting toolbar does not show ? Others do, but not formatting toolbar.
