My Pocket add-on will not activate / does not work. Halp!

The Pocket icon does not work on my PC. I use Pocket quite a bit during the day on an iPhone and Surface Pro, but have to use a PC at night as I live in a rural area where internet connectivity is DSL and cell coverage sucks. The Pocket will not work on the PC.
