Some of my emails are not received
Last week, I started receiving Delivery Failure Notices when sending emailing to some of our regular clients. After re-confirming that there was no change in their email address, I tried re-sending the email, but I was still unsuccessful.
I'm also receiving emails from customers claiming that didn't receive my response to their emails, although I see my response in my sent box.
Fortunately, these issues are not always happening. Other clients are receiving my emails as usual without an issue.
Any idea what may be the problem?

The Delivery Failure Notice will tell you exactly what the problem was.
Unfortunately, the notice tells me their emails are not available, which is not the case. I've been emailing them for years, they are receiving other emails, and we're able to send them emails using yahoo.
Please post the full Delivery Failure Notice.
If it says the recipients email address is not available, you will have to check with the recipients email provider, or have the recipient to do that. This has got nothing to do with Thunderbird, as the message has been sent. From that point on it's beyond your control.

My emails come back from just one person; here's what the mail delivery failure says: This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
(His email address) (while not connected): 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max retries without delivery This person receives emails from everyone but me. This just started this weekend - we have emailed each other for years.

You should talk to your email provider. This has got nothing to do with Thunderbird.
