I have just downloaded Thunderbird. It's all set, but I need to import my address/contact list from Spectrum (formerly Brighthouse). How to I do this? I don't really want to reenter them all by hand.

This is a pretty good tutorial on Importing an address book. http://its.isber.ucsb.edu/guides/how-import-and-export-your-address-book-thunderbird You will need to ask your provider how to export the book as a .CSV file.
