That's not a FF program so unless Whatsapp can explain that to you that would mean you probably open two pages of it or opened it twice. But since there is not screenshot of the history it's anyone guess what that means.

I thought it more likely to be a function of FF.

However I suppose if two instances were opened on seperate tabs it may have been that, though I have some tried to replicate it and failed.
