asked for password reset
asked for a password reset as even though I am sure of my username and password for some reason it says it is invalid, but now cannot log into my email account to use the password reset link?

Hi Fred thanks, I cannot quite figure out what was going on because I was sure the username and password were correct but I kept getting an error message. I restarted my laptop and for some unknown reason, it came right of its own accord. appreciate your help,
