I have an email account with iinet. I recently did a clean up and deleted e-mails from the archive folder in Thunderbird. Is there a way to retrieve these please? Or should I speak with iinet?

You can look at your Trash folder, if you have access to webmail that's where I would look.

If it's important information, yes, definitely contact your email provider for assistance.
