odd select all button shows up on screen in Firefox for Android. How do I remove.

When I open Firefox and touch the screen or scroll an odd select all button appears on the screen and I cannot move it it's fixed. I can scroll the screen behind it but that button does not move

On Android? I know SELECT ALL is one of the options on the bar that appears when you select text (along with COPY, for example). However, I've never seen it just by itself, and touching the page briefly (not long-pressing) shouldn't cause a selection to occur.
