I need to control users emails sending in the office. So I need to restrict their email client sending to only on domain name. It will be like our internal communication. Is there anyway to do this from the client side using Thunderbird (core functionalities or through any of its addons?)

I found the needed extension: Send to Internal'" I can configure to limit sending to certain domains, I will get a new send button called "Send to Internals" this will not accept to send an email if it detects emails addresses outside the speficied the domain restriction list. I can customize the toolbar and remove the "Send to External" button, so users can no longer send to "external" domains.

I can't think of any such restriction you could apply in Thunderbird, And in any case, how could we stop users from un-setting such a feature?

This really sounds like something to be managed by a server.
