Hi James Four years ago you reported a similar error - TT 502, too many recipients - and the error seemed to come from your TalkTalk provider. At the time helpers suggested TalkTalk might have a send limit that you had exceeded. You did not respond so I do not know whether your provider was able to solve the issue. I suggest you do whatever worked last time? Agnes
