Because I was getting frequent and numerous pop-up boxes asking for my Firefox Primary Password, even though your site claims you no longer use or require one. based on advice from a Cox Complete Care Technician, I set one up. I am still getting as many annoying pop-ups as frequently. Sometimes my primary password entry makes the pop-up disappear. Just as often, my PP entry makes the pop-up pop-off momentarily and come right back on minus my entry with no explanation or rejection message. Why is this happening? What is the point?
