Now that the sync add-ins have been obsoleted and removed, my calendars no longer sync. What do I need to do to ensure two-way synchronization between Thunderbird's Lightning calendar and my iCloud calendar in a post-TBsync universe?

Well, this may not be an issue after all. After a week of frustration, the calendars just synced. I'll report if this fails to continue or turns out to be intermittent. And if anyone knows of something I should check, please let me know. Thanks.
