Email is not loading in, when I've had the same email for years, being imported from another email host. What is the SMTP server name that should be used in my settings?

I'm adding to my request.
The message in my email says . . . "Host contacted, sending login info" but it never loads in the messages.
Also, sometimes it say it can't connect and asks for my password, which I enter, which is the same password I've had.
A solution is appreciated.
