My browser will not play most videos including mp4
I have windows 10 and the latest update of firefox and many normal mp4 videos and videos of other formats will not play. I do not understand why or how to fix it please help

Were you able to before?
Do you by chance have a N or KN edition of Windows 10 ?. If so then you may need to have media feature pack installed.

No I have basic Home edition no weird versions. It is just Basic windows 10 home edition.
