Not even sure what to search to find a solution. but I have this situation (see screenshot)

Is the only choise re-install firefox?

Re-install won't fix it. Try to delete search.json.mozlz4 file from the profile (with closed Firefox).

the file do not exist in the profile. maybe if I delete the whole profile?

Don't delete it for now, it's better to create a new one on the about:profiles page.
