Under sync options, go to manage account, and then reset sync. This works if you want to remove something like an open tabs list for a device you no longer have, but doesn't actually remove it from the list of devices. I'm still looking for how to do that.

Click Manage Account and click "Stop Using This Account" on the computer that you want to remove.

Unfortunately that only works if you still have the device.

remove syncing on all devices.

on your primary device: goto options > sync then on the manage account drop down, click reset sync then choose "replace all other devices with this computer's data" after reconnect all devices

...and if you have your computer stolen, and want to remove it as a device so it no longer can sync ? I don't want them to get in and have it sync when they open firefox, as Alexevers suggests would happen if you reset it. Also, it appears you cannot remove a device when you not accessing the sync options locally. There should simply be a list of devices, and you can add or remove them from syncing. Better yet, would be able to erase all data on a device as well (sync with nothing, or a specific set of data, say personal or work presets...)

.. the only option seams to be to change the password. tools>options>sync tab> Manage account > change password Then the other devices cannot connect.
