You can try using the Restore Default Set button at the bottom of that Customize Palette to see if it reappears, but that will undo all your Toolbar button customizations.

Are you sure that Print button is "gone"?
Maybe you moved that button previously to a Toolbar that you now have hidden?
Also, some extensions add so many buttons to the Palette that it makes the default buttons hard to find. Sometimes the "added" buttons are in the middle of the layout or change the original order of buttons in the Palette.
