When I go full scren on youtube and other video my screen becomes all white.

I have never had this problem before. It is happening with all sites no matter what player they use. I can watch videos fine as long as I don't go to fullscreen. I have ot recently downloaded or installed anything except for fire fox updates. That is why I know fire fox is the problem.
