minimise, maximise and close icons missing from top right hand corner.
These icons just seemed to disappear about a week to two ago. We have all other navigation tool-bars, just not the ability to minimise or maximise the browser, so we have to keep closing it to multi task. The icons appear on other applications we run on the computer. When we run in the windows platform on the same box we have no problems with the icons on the firefox browser showing.

Toggle full screen mode with the F11 key a few times to see if that brings the title bar back.
