i can't install firefox
when i try to install firefox, a awindow pops saying that its extracting files but, after that nothing happens, and i tried searching for the firefox.exe but nothing was there, pls help

I also have the same problem. I am using Windows 7 home basic and can't install any version of Firefox. Installing wizard always keep at 27% of extracting and system hangs on. I have to shutdown Windows by power button. Solution: Start Windows 7 in Safe mode and install Firefox. After that, restart Windows
