happy to see some one respond. Ever since i allowed Thunderbird to download its latest version, i have lost control of my email, it asks for password eerytime now. and it does not recognix=zw that the same login and password is used for newsreader. My email and news acounts are with EARTHLINK. i SPENT 1.2 HOURS WITH THEIR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT LOGGED INTO MY COMPUTER AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT TOO WORK.
