Firefox will not allow us into Elluminate Blackboard Collaborate. It will display LOAD and then nothing happens. My daughter attends classes in Elluminate for her homeschooling and has missed 3 classesx because of this problem. HELP!!!!!
Elluminate is an online website used by our homeschool to provide extra instruction in certain subjects. The teacher will give a link. We click on the link. The link downloads information through JAVA 6. The program RUNS and then you are entered into the classroom with the teacher and other students. All of a sudden Firefox won't allow us access to Elluminate as before.

Next Generation Java Plug-in 1.6.0_14 for Mozilla browsers
That's a fairly old version of Java. Try installing the latest Java 1.6.0_26 version.
