so in my firefox there's no browser history. when i try to clear the cookies and cache, i can't. and everytime i try to load my facebook, my twitter and youtube, it always says "the connection has timed out. twitter.com is taking too long respond." and i check my internet, it's fine. so please help me

Hi syazita 

Check to be sure your anti-virus is allowing. But the fact that you can't clear cookies makes me think Malware maybe involved. I would run an Malware scan to be sure.
