I do not use seamonkey but it now uses the same type of bookmarks (see http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.1a3/changes ) as firefox there is the posibility you could use sync to sync bookmarks.

Whatever you do it is probably worthwhile manually backing up the bookmarks first of all.

Seamonkey will I understand export html bookmarks. Firefox will then import those

  • Firefox Button -> Bookmarks -> import... -> import from HTML
    imported html bookmarks will be placed in a folder within the firefox bookmarks library.
