When I installed Windows media player plug-in for Firefox browser everything goes right, I click Finish and this plug-in does not appear on the list of installed plug-ins. I used this program wmpfirefoxplugin from official Windows Downloads Page. What's the problem?

Microsoft hasn't updated the installer to account for a change in Firefox 21. Please see this article for a workaround: Windows Media or other plugins stopped working after Firefox update.
