Installed update 11.9 for Adobe Flash Player and it lasted for 10 minutes before another CRASH. When are they going to replace crappy program?
Install and re-install Adobe Flash Player and keep it up to date. The player update 11.9 worked for at least 15 minutes before the first crash. This is a never ending problem with Fire Fox. What other optional program can we install to replace the Flash Player crap that will work with Mozilla? When I am streaming video online I can hear and see the video and audio deteriorating and if I don't stop and re-boot my desktop computer the screen will freeze. This has been an ongoing problem this year. This happens at least once a day.

Adobe Flashplayer (aka Shockwave Flash) is the responsibility and property of Adobe. Mozilla does not develop the application and is not responsible for failures by that application.
See UPDATE in next post.
Flash 11.9 is a BETA application
Adobe Flashplayer 11.9 is a beta version still in testing by Adobe labs. It has not been generally released for public use and should only be installed by experienced users interested in testing software. On the following page: "The technology is not final therefore we do not recommend this release be used on productions systems or for any mission-critical work". Also, on the following page, near the bottom, are special downloads for Windows and OSX that you MUST USE to uninstall the beta application:

If you experience problems with the released version (11.8), please open a new question with details and someone here will attempt to help you. Thanks.

Your best option may be to uninstall all Flashplayer instances from your system using the Adobe Flashplayer uninstaller, then reinstall Flashplayer. Windows users will need to reinstall flashplayer for IE as well as Firefox.
- Flashplayer uninstaller - http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe
- See the following for instructions - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller

You may also want to try (for testing) the Shumway plugin, which in the future will replace Adobe Flash in Firefox (projected for Firefox 28).
You can try the unstable nightly version in a new profile.
I will let you know what happens later on this morning when I am not as tired to try some of your advice. So far it crashed only that one time after first installing the 11.9 upgrade, but there was no mention that it was a BETA version. This has had me stumped for at least the last 6 months. Thanks.
