It will be impossible for us to give you the information, because quite simply, we don't have it. Also, the IPv4 address you gave us is internal, and means nothing except for in your house :)

You could contact your ISP and ask them to provide the data, but there is no requirement for them to do so, and most employees of ISPs don't even have access to this information.

See if you can restore a previous version of the places.sqlite file.
