Adobe flash player is not working since i updated to Firefox 29.

I can not play any you tube or other videos that require flash player. I updated flash an still no video playback since i updated to FF 29. Also, when i close browser and reopen it wont allow me because Firefox is still running and i have to close it first even though it is closed.

I had the same issue as well and I fixed it by running Firefox.exe as an administrator.
