I am trying to connect to my pc at work from home. This is the message I get. This portion of the Remote Web Workplace requires the Microsoft Remote Desktop ActiveX Control. Your browser's security settings may be preventing you from downloading ActiveX controls. Adjust these settings, and try to connect again. I have looked through all the add-ons available and can't find it to add on. Nor can I find a relevant security setting to change. I am running firefox 28.0 on Windows 7 Professional.
