using firefox i constantly get a crash report about norton internet security BF plug in. Please advise how to stop this. I have just uninstalled-reinstalled firefox after advice from norton but this didnt work. I have version 29.0.1. My norton is norton interent security for mac 5 version 5.6 (25)

You need to contact Norton if there are problems with their software.

I have already contacted norton who accessed my pc and said there was nothing wrong with norton. they told me to contact firefox?

If a component of your Norton software causes Firefox to crash then you will have to disable this component to stop the crashes.

If you do not know which component is causing the crashes then you will at least have to disable all Norton extensions for Firefox and disable Norton components that otherwise integrate into Firefox.
