I'm trying to Sync my data from old Sync to new Sync, but without success. What can I do to have at least my bookmarks?

Do you mean that you are trying to access your bookmarks from the old Sync version on the Sync server?

You would have to install an older Firefox version (28 or older) temporarily to restore that data and update after you have retrieved the bookmarks.
