Groovorio penetrated my computer, has burrowed in. When I try to call Firefox, Groovorio appears instead. I tried the Uninstall command in Control Panel, Programs and Features. Now, the name Groovorio has disappeared from the list of programs, but it continues to replace FIrefox. I wish to get rid of Groovorio.com and to get my Firefox setup back to where it was before Sept. 25.

This may be relevant: I first noticed Groovorio soon after I installed "iLivid", which was presented as necessary to optimize communications with a college course website.

Mozilla has presented correctly educated guesses about my current browser and operating system.

Mozilla has presented me a list of installed plugins. I do not know whether Mozilla wants me to verif that list; I have been unable to do so.

Step one;

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
