The address book tool bar is not displayed on my screen when in an address book. How do I restore that tool bar?

I cannot find the export or import function in the address book tool bar.

Import export is under Tools on the Menu Bar. If your menu bar is not showing pressing the alt key or F10 will make it appear. Then go to the View menu and turn your toolbars back on.

Import export is under Tools on the Menu Bar. If your menu bar is not showing pressing the alt key or F10 will make it appear. Then go to the View menu and turn your toolbars back on.
