need to change my server type from POP SERVER to IMAP for both my incoming & outgoing mail server that includes both incoming/outgoing port #'s.

All my emails are set up to go my TWC POP SERVER which is roadrunner, then sent to my thunderbird account. Told by TWC to contact Mozilla to change my server type to IMAP & both incoming/outgoing mail server to mail.twc.com, to include changing both incoming/outgoing server ports.

NEED HELP ASAP FROM MOZILLA Support(no answer but voice recording @ 1-650-903-0800)

I really do not follow any of that. But I think I got enough to say.

You need to add your account again as a new account and make sure to select IMAP.

You can not change an existing account in Thunderer or any other mail program from POP to IMAP. They are fundamentally too different. The account has to be added again.

When the account is added appropriate ports are set and tested.
