PRINT becomes greyed after viewing PAGE SETUP

Before printing a page I wanted to check the page setup. I was able to do so. I CANCELLED the popup. Now the PRINT function has become greyed out.

I cannot get it back.

I cleared the cache before reloading the page,

then I closed the tab & again cleared the cache before pasting the URL into a new tab & re-opening the page.

I think this is a long standing problem; I have frequently noticed that the print function is greyed out, but assumed it was something the page was setting to try to prevent copying.

OK this is weird... I did this message in a different window. Now when I went back to the window with the page I want to print, the PRINT and PAGE SETUP functions are usable again.
