I have set the txt display to large and it is way to small for me to read it even with my glasses on, so there must be a way of adjusting it to a size that people who have vision problems can read it

You can use reader view feature of Firefox for Android. Check this View articles in Reader View on Firefox for Android article and once you are on reader mode tap on the Aa icon. After tapping Aa you'll find a + button which will increase the text size.
