To enable cookies on Firefox for Android click the three dots in the top right area of your Firefox browser, it's just below the new tab plus (+) sign.

Then navigate to SETTINGS and then PRIVACY. Once on the PRIVACY screen you will see the COOKIES button, click it and your choices will be ENABLED, DISABLED or ENABLED (EXCLUDING 3RD PARTY).
