Hi

This does not sound like a genuine message. Please do not download any software from this message.

You do appear to be using the latest version of Firefox. If you want to check, in Firefox go to;

  1. Help
  2. About Firefox

A dialogue box will pop up that will search for and download any updates should they be available through official channels.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

It is Firefox and not Foxfire.

If it was a .exe file then it is fake as it has been popping up lately on different websites trying to infect inexperienced Firefox and or Windows users should they download and run .exe.

Firefox is not just for Windows as it is for Mac OSX and Linux also so the updates are done either in Firefox itself or by download from wws.mozilla.org
