we can't able to import our pst file (outlook 2013) to thunder bird . kindly help while choosing Tools--> Import --->mail--->outlook and eudora options are disabled only outlook express is enabled but we cant move further

that is the case with Thunderbird V38. Earlier version have the import enabled. What language and operating system should the old version be in?

Note that when working, outlook must be installed and functional on the machine the import is to occur from.
